How’s it’s Different
Every organization talks about communication—but few see the hidden barriers. Silos form. Sales stall. Customers leave—not over price or product, but because they don’t feel understood. Trust erodes when messages lack clarity and teams work in isolation. In today’s fast-moving, collaborative world, miscommunication isn’t a nuisance—it’s a business risk.
Employees and customers expect clarity, empathy, and relevance. Hybrid work, rising expectations, and constant change demand communication that adapts. When it doesn’t, organizations see lost sales, fractured culture, and a widening gap between strategy and execution. Communication is no longer a soft skill—it’s a strategic advantage.
This dynamic, hands-on session equips leaders and teams to understand behavioral styles, read others quickly, and adapt communication with precision. The result: stronger connection, higher engagement, and performance built on trust.

Your Expert Trainer
Communication in Full Colour is led by an experienced Australian practitioner who has spent decades operating in high-stakes environments—from engineering in mining, where communication impacts safety, to financial services, where clarity builds long-term trust.
A near-fatal health scare just before 50 changed everything. After a season of triathlons, marathon training revealed two blocked arteries—requiring emergency stents. That moment didn’t slow Rel down—it sharpened his purpose: helping leaders perform when the stakes are highest.
Rel brings rare, real-world credibility. He’s worked 6,000 feet underground, built an education business with 4,000+ students, listed companies on international exchanges, and led a financial services group that has settled over $3 billion in loans.
Having worked with businesses across 25+ countries, he understands what drives performance, trust, and growth in complex environments. His sessions cut through theory—equipping leaders with practical tools to communicate clearly, lead decisively, and deliver results.
