Agile in Action: Managing Projects That Deliver (ICP-APM)

– Understand the difference between project, product, and flow-based delivery modes

– Use visual tools and agile metrics to track flow, value, and team progress
– Apply techniques for stakeholder engagement, team accountability, and rapid learning
– Balance traditional constraints with modern delivery goals
